We provided an average of 26.4 training hours per employee. Our employees follow an Individual Development Plan, in which each employee undergoes development interventions in Exposure, Experience, Environment, or Education.

Provide employment opportunities to vulnerable sectors
Over 400 qualified senior citizens and PWD hired across various cities in the Philippines, in collaboration with Local Government Units.
In 2024, 21 underprivileged youth began on-the-job training at Jollibee, Chowking, and Greenwich stores in Cebu, in collaboration with YouthWorks PH.
