2015
Solar Panels were installed in selected Jollibee stores, which helped to reduce energy consumption from the grid
2018
Eco-Watch, a cross-functional team was established to research and recommend alternative eco-friendly sustainable packaging options
2019
The Skip The Straw movement was launched across our stores to encourage customers to lessen the usage of plastic and other non-biodegradable
materials
Project 24 was implemented in order to further curb our energy use by establishing a 24-degree temperature setting across all stores

PACKAGING & RECYCLING
Goal
100% of consumer-facing, fiber-based packaging are Chain of Custody certified by 2035
Status
43% of our consumer-facing, fiber-based packaging suppliers are chain of custody-certified (COC). In the Philippines, work is set to commence to transition (CoC) certified packaging.
EMISSION & WATER MANAGEMENT
Goal
Conduct GHG inventory for Scopes 1, 2, and 3
Status
We reported Scope 1 and 2 emissions for select business segments in 2025 and continue to expand coverage annually
WASTE REDUCTION
Goal
Reduce food loss and waste to landfill in the manufacturing process, and reduce food waste in stores.
Status
We achieved a 44% total reduction in waste-generated ratio at the end of 2024 versus a 2020 baseline, in our Philippine manufacturing plants.
62% of waste is disposed thru sustainable means, diverted away from landfill in Philippines manufacturing plants.
Across all our stores globally, we follow waste disposal protocols in compliance with local government regulations.
